Groups will also focus on improving skills in such areas as social skills, emotional regulation, empowerment, improving self-esteem, grief, and coping skills.

Groups are led by one or more therapists for 5 to 10 clients depending on if it is a small or large group. Group therapy can provide man benefits including, groups as a support network, accountability, challenging different perspectives, and decreasing feelings of isolation by learning that others are dealing with the same types of challenges.
Let’s Thrive Counseling will offer both open groups, where clients can start at any point in the group and closed groups where clients will start together and complete a set curriculum, others will not be able to join the group until the next group is offered
