Meet Our Clinicians

Meghan

 Hi, I'm Meghan Holland. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst. My approach to therapy is centered around the needs of the client. I provide a supportive, compassionate, empathic approach by listening to the client and providing feedback that can help the client improve their quality of life.

The most common theoretical approach I use in my therapy process is cognitive behavior therapy. During a session I like to work with the client(s) to explore the thoughts and perceptions that influence behavior. Additionally, I help the client explore past patterns of thoughts and behavior to understand the root of these thoughts and behavior.

During our work together you will find the environment to be supportive, compassionate, and empathetic. As a therapist it is my role to help clients understand their own thoughts and behaviors. Life can unravel quickly, sometimes in ways that feel overwhelming, confusing, or completely out of your control. You might be dealing with persistent anxiety, depression that won’t lift, or trauma that continues to impact how you think, feel, and function.


I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals experiencing PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, and complex behavioral and emotional challenges. I have worked in high intensity settings and have

gained experience that informs a focused, grounded, and results-oriented approach to therapy.


Therapy should be intentional, individualized, and effective. While insight is important, insight alone does not create change. My approach is both grounded and collaborative. I prioritize client autonomy while maintaining a clear therapeutic direction—helping you not only understand your patterns but actively change them.

I integrate evidence-based modalities, including:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Trauma-informed care
